standards (CC-02)
Firm-wide standards library. Six type standards define the anatomy of every
deliverable cell (what the type IS, its required spine, verbatim caveats and
grading scales, one load-bearing rule, and the altitude rule: specialize or
cut, never pad). DOCTRINE.md binds analytic and protective authorities;
CLASSIFICATION.md binds handling. The engine’s skeletons
(engine/mbse/skeletons/) are the executable projection of these standards;
_model/architecture.toml [types] maps each type to its standard.
