intelligence (D-01)
The OSINT discipline cell: the firm’s sellable intelligence product portfolio, 65 typed deliverable cells executed against per engagement. Migrated intact from the standalone os-cell-dev vault on 2026-07-03; DIDs are unchanged and immutable. OSINT-064 (2026-07-06) added the production-management layer; OSINT-065 (2026-07-06) added the Costa Rica country-monitoring system, the first sellable instance of the country-OSINT pattern, configuring the D-03 collection backbone (SYS-011) with the client AO rings, source register, and PMESII-PT / ASCOPE watch items and producing OSINT-030/036/053.
Structure
deliverables/<type>/holds one cell per product (profile, report, service, system, geospatial, package), filed by type, keyed by capability.collections/mirrors deliverables with XMind-importable collection maps (shapes A-G percollections/_SHAPES.md); an analyst executes a collection map, then writes the product against the matching deliverable skeleton.- Type anatomy is defined in
cross-cutting/cc02-standards/; the catalog inREADME.mdis generated byuv run mbse build.
Capability nodes
The manifest’s d01 nodes (NN-slug) are the query axis; every cell names one. See the generated README.md for the by-capability index.
Seams
D-01 produces intelligence artifacts consumed by protective operations
(ART-protective-intel-assessment, ART-travel-risk-assessment,
ART-subject-dossier) and consumes collection tasking from the detail
(ART-pir-set) and area configuration (ART-region-package). Declared in
_model/architecture.toml; rendered in _model/SEAMS.md.
Production management (added 2026-07-06)
Node 16-production-management holds OSINT-064, the intelligence production cycle: requirement intake and register, PIR-to-source collection management, production tiers T0 flash through T4 deep with service clocks, quality gates QG1/QG2, and battle-rhythm synchronization with the detail (EP-020/EP-021).
Gaps
- processes/resources note layers are reserved but unpopulated.
- Legacy style debt: most pre-migration cells carry em dashes (convention violation); sweep pending.
