agentic-operations (D-05)

Claude Code-based automation treated as system elements with specs, not ad hoc scripts: the layer that lets a 4-person team operate like a larger firm and gives the TL (RF, zero bandwidth) planning and dissemination leverage. Built out 2026-07 (roadmap sub-project #1, complete): 10 cells across the three nodes, 8 approved after independent review, AGT-001 drafted pending its implementation-alignment pass against engine/daily_brief.

Capability nodes

NodeScope
01-briefing-disseminationDaily/periodic brief generation and Telegram delivery (successor to vsi-feed-1 enrichment tier): AGT-001 pipeline, AGT-002 bot, AGT-003 service wrapper
02-planning-supportEngagement planning assistant for the TL; template-driven OPORD/advance drafting against D-02 skeletons: AGT-004, AGT-005, AGT-006 validation service, AGT-010 AAR lessons ingestion
03-agent-infrastructureFirm Claude Code skills/commands, sandboxing per CC-03 reliability doctrine (web-only tools, no filesystem, injected grounding for chat-exposed analysts): AGT-007, AGT-008, AGT-009 audit service

Seams

Produces: ART-daily-brief (AGT-001 to EP-016 daily detail brief and EP-021 battle rhythm). Consumes: ART-threat-alert-stream (SYS-008, into AGT-001); ART-after-action-report (EP-017 AARs into AGT-010, which proposes doctrine diffs for owner review and never writes to cells directly).

Implementation

AGT-001 is implemented, not just specified: engine/daily_brief/ (cli, compile, render, aggregate, rank, model) turns a threat-alert-stream JSONL into the EP-016-shaped markdown brief, with tests under engine/tests. The remaining cells are specification-first; implementation follows demand.

Gaps

  • AGT-001 remains drafted until reviewed against the engine/daily_brief implementation (spec-to-code traceability check).
  • AGT-010 (AAR lessons ingestion, added 2026-07-06) is specification-first: drafted, unimplemented, review pending.
