The firm’s own operating systems and hardware, formalized from the program development mind map (reference/program-development). Two C2 postures: a static cloud TOC (SYS-001) and a deployable mobile TOC (SYS-002), with ATAK-CIV (SYS-007) as the common operating picture over Telegram (SYS-006) for team coordination. The protective-intelligence stream (SYS-008) feeds alerts to the detail; its v1 ran the NYC engagement and is archived as reference/vsi-feed-1.
Every component in every cell carries vendor, price, and tier so cost rolls up per system; unspecified mind-map branches are explicit GAP rows, not silent omissions.

Produces ART-common-operating-picture (SYS-007) and ART-threat-alert-stream (SYS-008) for D-02, ART-collection-backbone (SYS-011) for D-01’s country monitoring service (OSINT-065), ART-medical-loadout (SYS-012) for D-02’s protective medicine plan (EP-030), and ART-loadout-cost-baseline (SYS-003/004/009/010/011/012 priced BOMs) for D-04’s program cost model (BIZ-013); SYS-008 and SYS-011 consume ART-region-package (CC-01).
Collection backbone (added 2026-07-06)
SYS-011 OSINT Collection Backbone is the region-agnostic collection substrate: a two-node Beelink startup array (N1 collector, N2 core), multi-WAN with the Starlink Mini reused from SYS-003 as failover, per-lane isolated fail-closed egress, PMESII-PT / ASCOPE enrichment, and SYS-008-style hot-path scoring with generation off the critical path. It generalizes SYS-008’s single-purpose collector so SYS-008 v2 and D-01’s OSINT-065 consume one shared platform rather than reimplementing collection. Startup capital $1,495.97 (32 GB core node and HDD archive, right-sized to the 2026 DRAM/NAND shortage); 64 GB upgrade and local-inference node deferred to growth.
Cost baseline (2026-07-06)
SYS-003/004/009/010/011 BOMs are fully priced (vendor list, as-of 2026-07-05) and tiered startup-now vs growth; BIZ-013 rolls them up. Program startup capital is $9,589.36: $8,093.39 detail loadout (4 operators / 2 vehicles) plus $1,495.97 collection platform (SYS-011). The four loadout cells reset approved → drafted at 0.3.0 with the content change; SYS-011 is drafted at 0.2.0. Re-review pending.
Medical loadout (added 2026-07-06)
SYS-012 Medical Loadout closes the D-03 side of the protective-medicine gap: four kit echelons (individual IFAK, detail bag, vehicle kit, residence/static kit) as a priced system element following the loadout pattern, providing ART-medical-loadout to EP-030 and rolling its cost lines into BIZ-013 via ART-loadout-cost-baseline. Prices land as GAP rows or flagged estimates pending program-development grounding.
Gaps
Laptop selection (SYS-002), SYS-008 v2 implementation (roadmap sub-project #6). Priced-but-estimated lines flagged in BIZ-013 risk register (Reolink POE and solar bundle prices). SYS-012 BOM pricing ungrounded (GAP rows) pending vendor grounding and BIZ-013 rollup refresh.
